Problem with a code
Read this page very carefully, maybe you will see the solution
The most common problems are
Your code has expired
- SMS code: valid the day you receive them and the next two days. (So it doesn't say 72 hours)
- BANK code: valid the day you receive the code and the next 9 days.
- BOOK code: the day you enter the code and the next 6 days.
You are using wrong codes
- BOOK code:
- Only codes printed in the book 'Theory Licence B' work on this site
- SMS + BANK code:
- Only codes purchased through this English site work on this site.
- You cannot use these codes on our Dutch or French site.
- SMS code:
- You have an SMS code and you enter the code in the frame: 'I have a BANK code'.
- As a login, you must enter the mobile phone number to which Storedesk sent the code.
- BANK code:
- You have a BANK code and you enter the code in the frame: 'I have an SMS code'.
I didn't receive a code
- SMS + BANK code:
- Don't buy another code!!!
- Codes are not made by us or paid to us. Storedesk creates the codes.
- There is no point in sending an email to the site. We cannot help.
- No visitor can help you on the forum either.
- SMS code:
- An SMS code can only be ordered via a real Belgian telephone operator (e.g. Base, Proximus, Telenet (...).
- It is therefore not possible with card operators such as LYCA (...).
- Sometimes there are problems with operator Orange, who either late or not forward a request at all.
- Your operator cannot send the code to you if you do not have enough calling credit.
- If you have requested a code through a real operator and you have not received the code, click on 'problem code' at the bottom.
- BANK code
- A BANK code can only be purchased by clicking on the Buy a code link. Not through a bank transfer.
- If you have requested a BANK code and you have not received the code, click on 'problem code' at the bottom.
Yesterday my code worked and today it stopped working
The code worked on my laptop, but on my phone not anymore.
- BOOK + SMS + BANK code
- A code can only be used on 1 device at a time. That is why a code has been created in such a way that when you use the code on another device, the code is automatically deleted from the first one.
- But some devices prevent automatic deletion. You will receive an error message the next time you use the code again and you have a new IP number or if you use a different device.
- Only you can fix that
- by erasing the memory of the device on which the code was first used;
- sometimes by using another web supplier.
The images or the voice accompanying the questions are slow or incorrect
- Our websites are on very powerful servers at Combell, so that 1500 visitors can practice without problems and at the same time. The problem therefore lies with you.
- What can you do?
- Your device or router stores all images and sound in its working memory, which is full. Clear the memory of your device and router and switch off the device for a while.
- Sometimes it helps by using another web supplier.
